What You’ll Do:
As Business Intelligence Analyst in the Sales team within the Connectivity Business Unit, your main missions will be:
- Define and design of key performance indicators (KPIs) for managing the sales pipeline and monitoring its development.
- Define, test and design of IT tools to automate these KPIs.
- Participate in monthly pipeline reviews with the RVPs (Regional Vice Presidents).
- Monitor KPIs and analysing sales trends
- Measure sales performance
- Support for budget planning
- Support in defining sales targets
- Help to calculate commissions (sales incentive plan)
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business, from sales and pre-sales to technical and innovation, satellite control, teleport operations, legal and finance.
- Find solutions to optimise sales operations tasks and improve efficiency.
What it Takes:
- Eng/master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent Fluency in English and French
- Organisational skills
- Rigorous and methodical
- Team spirit and people skills
- Self-confidence and assertive personality
- Analytical skills
- At ease with Microsoft Office
What We’d Love:
Experience with CRM & BI is a plus.
